I'm not a designer and I'm not sure what I want. Can you help?
Yes! This is what we do best!
Simply let us know which colors you’d like and provide a general description of what you’re looking for (simple, nostalgic, wild, etc) and we’ll get to work.
We also have a selection of pre-designed templates that can serve as a great starting point and inspiration. Just ask our sales team.
Are there any color limitations?
We don’t believe in limitations. Thanks to the dye sublimation process, the color and design possibilities are endless, while the price remains exactly the same no matter what you choose.
Color is the most essential element of the design, and getting it right is vital. However, different screen configurations can produce different tones for the same color. We therefore use the Pantone Color system to describe colors to ensure consistency. If you do not have access to a Pantone Color Book, you can mail us a printed sample of the actual colors you want and our Design Department will determine the equivalent Pantone Color match.
What about brand labels, care labels, hang tags, and packaging?
Brand labels and size labels:
Most of our products come with brand labels and size labels that are pressed (sublimated) directly onto the garment. That means it’s easy for us to put your brand name and logo on the inside of the neck or waistband.
There are a few exceptions:
1) Shirts made from ultra lightweight stretch need to have sewn in brand labels due to the transparency of the fabric. For these garments we use a generic unbranded sewn-in size label at the back of the neck. But don’t worry, you can incorporate your logo directly into the artwork that will go on the outside of the garment. Or, if you have sewn in brand labels you’d like us you can ship them to us and we’ll use those instead.
2) Leggings: our leggings have a solid dye black waist band. That means we need to use a generic sewn-in size label in the waistband. Again, your logo can still be incorporated into the artwork that will go on the outside of the garment. Or, if you have sewn in brand labels you’d like us to use you can ship them to us and we’ll use those instead.
Care labels are discreetly sewn into the seams of our garments. These are generic and cannot be customised. But if you have your own care labels you’d like us to use we would be happy to use those instead as long as they contain the required information for export and customs.
Hang tags and packaging:
We do not procure or produce customised hang tags or packaging at this time. But if you have hang tags you want to give us, we are happy to put these on for you during our production process.
What's dye sublimation?
Dye sublimation is a process that uses high temperatures to permanently fuse color into a fabric (rather than onto it) so that the design becomes fixed and will not fade, crack or peel. Nor will it interfere with the material’s performance in keeping an athlete’s body dry or cool. This is by far the best quality, reliable and durable printing option for sportswear.
What's the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ starts at 30 pieces (per style and per artwork design) with a typical order ranging between 50-300 pieces. We find that our flexibility and ability to meet smaller orders make it easier for clients to control their stock levels.
Could I see/feel the fabrics before placing an order?
Of course! You can request to receive a generic sample set prior to your order of customized styles. Go to the page ‘get your free design’ and tick the box ‘receive generic sample set.’ We only send free samples to customers that have a valid reason for requesting them, so don’t forget to fill in the box.

Why isn’t my discount code working?
Check whether you entered the code correctly, such as spacing or character errors. The coupon code field is case-sensitive. Check that ‘Caps Lock’ button is not on. Check you’re not mixing up the numbers 0/1.
